Read about one ingredient
bread
Wholemeal best but any will do. White bread is less nutritious- the flour is made from the starch in the wheat grain, with vitamins and minerals added back in. Plus, it has less fibre. Fibre is good- read about it in the Nutrition section. You can't beat the taste and smell of freshly baked bread. It's so useful too. Think of hot, crisp toast with butter and marmalade; crusty bread with soup. Sandwiches- the ultimate portable food. If you really love bread, why not learn to make your own? Ask Santa for a bread-maker.
