simple meals

Features: Less washing up / No cheese / Vegetarian / No dairy /
"A taste of sunshine"

button mushrooms ( 6 mushrooms )
French stick ( 0.25 stick )
sun-dried tomatoes ( 3 pieces )

+ elementals:  
Black peppercorns in a grinder , Mixed herbs
+ equipment :   Grill; sharp knife.

1) Cut your piece of French stick in half lengthways. Toast both parts under the grill.

2) Wipe and slice your mushrooms and then arrange them on bread, alternating with sun-dried tomatoes.

3) Sprinkle with herbs and pepper and toast again to heat the toppings through.

IngrediPlus: Add olives, garlic paste or tomato paste if you have them.
