Microwave oven,sharp knife, fork, tablespoon, grater, small plate.
1) Wash the potato and prick with a fork. Cook in the microwave for 5 minutes.
2) Grate the cheese.
3) Split the cooked potato in half and scoop out the flesh. Mash the flesh with a fork, mix with the sauce and cheese and replace in the potato skin. Grind black pepper over.
IngrediPlus: Brown this off until the grill for that roasted-in-the-oven look. Yummy with a cold beer.
