Sharp knife, saucepan, teaspoon, wooden spoon, chopping board.
1) Wipe the mushrooms (or peel them, if you wish) and chop them into slices.
2) Fry the mushrooms in curry paste for 5 minutes.
3) Add the noodles and stir everything to heat it all through.
IngrediPlus: Add any leftover cooked vegetables, for example cabbage, leeks and tomatoes, all sliced very fine.
