Black peppercorns in a grinder
+ equipment :  
Saucepan, wooden spoon, cheese grater, kettle
1) Put the penne pasta in the saucepan. Use boiling water from the kettle to just cover the pasta and let it simmer on the stove for 7 or 8 minutes. Grate the cheese while you wait.
2) Drain the water off. Add the pasta sauce from its jar and then sprinkle on the cheese. Stir everything together with a wooden spoon, keeping the heat on underneath.
3) After a couple of minutes the cheese should be melted throughout the mixture. Grind on lots of black pepper and serve.
IngrediPlus: Rip up a french stick to bulk this out. Yum!
