Cheese grater, sharp knife, tablespoon
1) Cut the pitta in half 'round the equator', then split each half to make a pocket.
2) Grate the cheese using the largest holes in the grater (if you have a choice). Mix the grated cheese and guacamole together.
3) Stuff your pitta pockets with the cheese and guacamole.
