Sharp knife, cheese grater, tin opener.
1) Cut the pitta breads in half 'round the equator' then split each half to make a pocket
2) Grate the cheese and sprinkle with mixed herbs.
3) Stiff the pockets with the tuna and the cheese.
IngrediPlus: Warm the filled pockets under a grill for a couple of minutes to bring the tuna up to a toasty temperature.
