Black peppercorns in a grinder

Virgin olive oil
+ equipment :  
Chopping board, sharp knife, cheese grater, small bowl, fork, non stick frying pan, plastic spatula, tablespoon.
1) Chop tomato into tiny pieces, grate cheese and whisk eggs with black pepper.
2) Heat 1 tablespoon oil in frying pan, fry tomatoes for 2 minutes. Add eggs and fry for 30 seconds.
3) Add cheese and cook until it melts; then fold omelette over and cook on each side until brown.
IngrediPlus: Omlettes don't have to be folded in two. The picture shows one that has been heated on one side only.
