Grill and or toaster, teaspoon, cheese grater, knife, plate.
1) Toast bread on both sides.
While this is happening, grate the cheese.
2) Spread marmalade on toast; sprinkle cheese on top.
3) Put toast under grill until cheese bubbles.
IngrediPlus: The best marmalade is made from Seville oranges; they give a bitter taste which complements the molten cheese. For an exotic experiment, try other marmalades: lemon, lime, grapefruit. If you stick to Seville, the Dundee marmalade has the biggest bits.
