Features: Take away / Breakfast / Less washing up / Vegetarian /
"Unusual combo, comforting on a cold day"

bread ( 2 slices )
cheese ( 50 grams )
orange marmalade ( 4 teaspoons )

+ elementals:
None.
+ equipment :   Grill and or toaster, teaspoon, cheese grater, knife, plate.

1) Toast bread on both sides. While this is happening, grate the cheese.

2) Spread marmalade on toast; sprinkle cheese on top.

3) Put toast under grill until cheese bubbles.

IngrediPlus: The best marmalade is made from Seville oranges; they give a bitter taste which complements the molten cheese. For an exotic experiment, try other marmalades: lemon, lime, grapefruit. If you stick to Seville, the Dundee marmalade has the biggest bits.
