Grill, egg poacher, teaspoon, table knife.
1) Toast the bread under the grill.
2) Grease the egg poacher with olive oil. Crack an egg into it, The poacher needs a little water in the bottom which will simmer to poach the egg. It takes about 3 minutes- most yummy if the yolk is still just a little runny.
3) Butter the toast and put the egg on top. Grind pepper over the egg.
IngrediPlus: Some people can make a poached egg without a poacher. The egg is carefully broken into a bowl and then introduced into simmering water, ie. water that has reached boiling point and is just ticking over. Less washing up if you can manage!
